No Limits Trials Academy
Oliver Smith, Oset
Saturday 1st April 2012 sees the No Limits trials academy run their 1st round of their conducted electric trials event, supported by OSET Bikes, at the Detling Showground in Kent. The event will start at 12 noon, however signing on is from 9am, where a 2 hour practice session will follow for those that would like to get their eye in before the competitive part of the day takes place.
This event is set to form part of a 6 round series over the spring and summer months with a club presentation night in September. The events also count towards the south eastern centre ACU championship, which means participants will gain points that count towards both series. More information on the series can be found at www.osetbikes.com/en/events
Andy Hogg chairman and founder of the No limits Trials Academy has reported a fair amount of interest in the event over the last few weeks, with riders expected from the local area as well as a couple of families making the trip down from Yorkshire to support the event.
OSET founder Ian Smith will be in attendance on the day, making the trip up from the companies coastal HQ, with his son Oliver Smith giving a run out with the latest specification 20.0 OSET prototype.
It is all shaping up to be a great family day out, and a round of applause should go to Andy and his team of helpers who have really pulled out all the stops in landscaping the showground with rocks, logs and concrete pipes etc, and creating a new bespoke venue in the south east.
On site catering and toilet facilities are available to all entrants and spectators; access is via a gate at the rear of the venue. We look forward to seeing you there!
The Detling Showground, Kent is located just off A249 Sittingbourne to Maidstone road, Sat Nav: ME14 3JF. Contact Andy Hogg on 07894 806788 to secure your entry to the event.
